Jignesh Soni

Founder & Practice Leader

Before starting his career in UK outsourcing, Jignesh spent five years gaining hands-on experience at an Indian CA firm and within a corporate entity — building a strong foundation before shifting his focus to UK accounting and tax practices.

He has reached the Intermediate level of the Chartered Accountancy qualification in India, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specialising in Accounts and Taxation, and has spent seven years working with UK accounting and tax practices ranging from small firms to mid-size practices — with particular depth in VAT returns, year-end accounts, and personal tax.

That depth of experience led him to found RMS in mid-2024, with a clear ambition: help small and mid-sized UK practices shift gradually from compliance-only work to advisory-led services, backed by strong outsourcing support.

Beyond work, Jignesh is a keen follower and player of cricket — drawing particular inspiration from Test cricket, the longest format of the game, which he sees as the truest test of an individual's capability and capacity.
